What happens during a reading?
Each session is a conversation between you, the cards, and me as your guide. We’ll begin by discussing your focus or intention. I’ll shuffle and lay out the cards, interpreting their meanings in relation to your question. You’re welcome to ask follow-up questions as we go.

How long does a reading take?
Reading lengths vary depending on the service you book. A mini reading might be 15-20 minutes, while in-depth sessions can last 45-60 minutes. Group and event readings may have customized timeframes.

What if I get a “bad” card?
There’s no such thing as a bad card! Some cards, like Death or The Tower, may seem intense, but they often represent transformation, necessary change, or personal breakthroughs. I approach all readings with a constructive perspective, helping you understand what each card means for you.

Can I take notes or record my session?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to take notes, voice record, or even take a picture of your card spread. Many clients find it helpful to revisit their reading later. For this very purpose, I offer to record the reading or write out the cards and their meaning for an additional fee.

What if I don’t connect with the reading?

Insights can also unfold over time, so keeping an open mind can be helpful. Sometimes (not often), it can take a few days to a week for things to click.

What is your refund policy?
All tarot readings are final, and I do not offer refunds. Time, energy, and preparation go into every session, and tarot is a personal and interpretive experience. If you have concerns during your reading, please let me know so I can clarify or adjust the session in real-time.

What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I understand that things come up, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. However, last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling. Please review my full policy before booking.

What if I have fewer or more guests than what is listed for the group or event listing?
Reach out to me, we can make an arrangement.  I can either create a listing and price specific to your needs (which you can then pay through the website)  or  I can send you an invoice through a platform such as PayPal. 

What if some of my guests fail to show up?

We can use the freed up time on giving your present guests longer and more detailed readings.
